Delivery was prompt and the product seems to be good quality.

Selecting a replacement for our worn out Matstore chair mat was straightforward. The ordering process was a little tricky and I accidentally duplicated the order. This was dealt with automatically. The agreed delivery time was changed to later on the same day when we were out.The driver propped it up against a wall and it became slightly bent. Happily this curvature disappeared as soon as it was laid flat. We are content with this product

Goods came quickly but I left instructions with DHL to deliver to a neighbour as the goods were worth £120. Instead DHL left them on my doorstep. Luckily they were still there twelve hours later when I got home but what’s the point of DHL texting me for instructions if they then don’t follow them? Also there is no way of telling them which neighbour to leave the goods with. You can only choose leave with neighbour. This is often quite important as not all neighbours are the same and some don’t want deliveries for others.

Site was easy to use, posted quickly, packaging maybe could have been more secure but arrived ok.

Bought the mat to go under office chair as previous cheaper one from different company cracked and was unusable almost immediately. So far this one seems much better but time will tell. Delivery was very quick but only gave 4 stars as wasn't packaged very well. Update ( Feb 2023) still fine and not cracked at all. Very pleased

Delivered promptly. I tried to print off the specification for the mat but could not do so. It would be helpful if you made this possible. This is too early to pass judgement on the product. Ask me again in 6 months time when we have used the mat for a reasonable time.

It would be nice to give an indication when your item will arrive. Yes, a tracking number is given, but advising it takes normally xx amount of days after making placing orgder can be useful.
