Mat StoresReviews of matstores.com

Quick deliveries, quick return of money after I returned the first delivery.

Unfortunately the wrong item was 'picked' and dispatched. When contacted, the firm dealt with the situation speedily and efficiently. Correct item received within 3 days. Actual product seems to be perfect for my needs and good value for money.

I bought the mat to go on a carpet, it is good quality and arrived really quickly. Only slight negative is it does tend to move around on my medium pile carpet.

Great product and good delivery. Would be nice if they included a packaging slip to confirm that the product is exactly what we ordered.

Perfect for the job. Medium pile carpet and works a treat

Staff were fantastic from a customer service view point - but hiccups beyond their control doesn’t allow a 5* review. Firstly, they need to display a telephone number that starts 01/02/03 etc so that anyone ringing doesn’t incur charges. However, the main problem they need to sort out is delivery standards with their chosen couriers. Multiple items were delivered damaged and delivery communication was dreadful. This was only made palatable by the excellent way in which Mat Stores communicated as a company in trying to resolve the issues caused by a third party. For information, due to size, this was not an Amazon delivery.

Great mat. Sits well on medium pile carpet. Fast shipping.

I would rate the service as "Good" rather than "Great" since I believe there are already too many superlatives in use today. I hope you find this useful.
