Im a 07 FFL manufacturer myself and build with Matrix on a daily. Lover their all of their stuff. By the way their lowers run like buffer with FRT's which is the main reason we build with Matrix Arms!

For reference, I have the matrix arms steel frame with an oem g34 slide. I also have several iterations of glocks (g19,19x,17,34) on a variety of aftermarket frames (nomad, lone wolf, etc) and compete in USPSA. I have been building glocks for more than 10 years and have trialed several different high end parts. That being said, in my opinion, if you want the best glock setup, dont get a glock. Get the matrix arms pistol or frame. While it accepts glock parts, the owner of the company explicitly stated to me it is not a glock. I completely agree. It is a proprietary build that is in its own class. Not a glock and not a 2011. Somewhere in-between competing with other steel frame pistols. Is it more expensive than m&p or canik? Yes. But what you get for the price is an impeccable guarantee that the company believes in their product so much that they will fix any problem free of cost. To me, customer service and backing like that is worth the money compared to getting a moderate to high end ready pistol that fails and your left with more money lost because you have to buy a new one. I think this company and pistol stands out to be the premier aftermarket "not a glock" that you can buy. It us at least 80% better than any oem or aftermarket glock setup i have ever used. Its more accurate, absorbs more recoil, has a well balanced weight. Other people have shot my setup and they unanimously say its like a 2011 "but different" in its shooting mechanics. Its not as crisp in reset and lacks the increased tolerance. But, in my opinion, the sacrifice of tolerance for room for error and reliability is worth it. I am surprised people still buy something like the taran tactical "copper-viper-dragon" when there is something like this on the market for at least a thousand dollars less. Its a no brainer. If you are serious about competing and like the idea of glocks but want more accuracy, dont bother with other companies. Many of them have aluminum frames that shine a dim light compared to the Matrix arms metal frames (steel and aluminum)
