Thank you so much for sharing this! We are thrilled to hear how much you are getting out of working with Lindsey. Her patience and genuine care for helping fellows build lasting skills are what make her such a wonderful coach, and she will be so happy to read this. Moving from one CV you have used for years to targeted materials for each role, using tools like ATS optimization and the XYZ method, is a huge shift. Those skills will keep serving you throughout your career. We are so glad to have you in the fellowship and cannot wait to see where this takes you! Warmly, The MatchDay Health Team

Hi Jorman, Thank you so much for sharing your story. So many clinicians reach a point where they feel like they are giving everything and getting very little back, and it means a lot that you were willing to speak to that honestly. We are so glad MatchDay helped you see that you were never stuck. Jenny will be thrilled to read this. Her patience and the way she helps fellows make sense of new terms and ideas are exactly what make her such a great coach, and we love hearing how that helped you step outside your clinical box with confidence. Congratulations on your new role! You put in the work to get here, and we could not be prouder. Thank you for encouraging others who are on the fence to take the leap. Your words will help more clinicians than you know. Warmly, The MatchDay Health Team

Ram, thank you for such a clear and honest review. You named the exact challenge so many clinicians face: the experience is there, but getting it past applicant tracking systems and in front of a non-clinical hiring team in a way that lands is a different skill entirely. We are so glad LeeAnn was your coach through this. The work the two of you did together, from positioning and search strategy to your resume, LinkedIn, outreach, interview prep, and offer negotiation, reflects the kind of thoughtful, hands-on coaching LeeAnn brings to every fellow. She will be so proud to read this. We also appreciate you sharing how the process really works. You found the role and you earned the offer. Our job is to help fellows show up as the strongest version of themselves at every stage, and seeing you move from a screening call through interviews with physician leaders to an offer is exactly what we hope for. Congratulations on your new role, Ram. We are excited for what is ahead of you! With appreciation, The MatchDay Health Team

Claire, Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful reflection on your journey. Choosing to move beyond direct patient care takes real courage, especially when your clinical work has shaped so much of who you are. What stands out to us is how clearly you now see the value you carry with you, and how ready you are to build on it. We are so glad LeeAnn has been by your side through this. The work the two of you have done together, from uncovering the transferable skills you developed over your career to translating them into language that speaks to roles outside the clinic, is the kind of personalized coaching LeeAnn is known for. She takes the time to understand each fellow's goals and experience, and it is clear that care has made a real difference for you. This is the heart of what we do at MatchDay. A career transition should never feel like starting over, and we are proud to offer structure and accountability while honoring the personal side of change. Hearing that you feel more confident about what is possible next means everything to us. You have done the hard work of rethinking your path, and it shows. We are excited for everything ahead of you and grateful you chose MatchDay to be part of this chapter.

Hi RM, Thank you for sharing your experience. Investing your time, money, and late nights into a career transition and still feeling discouraged is difficult, and we take your concerns seriously. Our leadership team personally reviewed your enrollment call & progress throughout the Fellowship. The outcomes discussed were based on our results from more than 200 fellow placements, and the conversation you had with Essi addressed your background as a chiropractor and the potential outcomes for your specific transition. MatchDay’s coaching team includes full-time and part-time professionals, many of whom hold healthcare leadership roles outside the program. This gives fellows access to people actively working in the fields they want to enter. Most fellows remain with one coach throughout their program. However, your experience with three coaches raises a concern about continuity that deserves review. Coaches offer a range of job-search strategies, but guidance should account for each fellow’s circumstances. We recognize your concern that the recommendations felt difficult to sustain alongside a 50-hour workweek, and that suggestions involving additional spending added to your frustration. As an alumnus, you retain access to your program resources, modules, and the materials developed with your coaches. We also recognize that continued access alone does not resolve the concerns you’ve raised. Leadership has reached out to you directly to listen, review your coaching experience, and discuss an appropriate path toward resolution. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this personally.

Hi Derek, Thank you so much for sharing this! Mallory has truly loved coaching you. She has talked about how much she enjoyed your sessions and watching you grow throughout the process. You came in ready to do the work, put the strategies she taught you into action, and held yourself to the goals you set. That partnership is exactly what MatchDay coaching is built on, and seeing where it has led you is so rewarding. We are thrilled for you as you step into a new chapter, and we are so proud to have you in the MatchDay community.

Chealsi, thank you for sharing your story! Thirteen years as a CT Technologist is a lot of experience to reposition, and you did it with so much determination. Landing a Clinical Field Specialist role within four months is a huge accomplishment, and Rami, Jenny, and Chanel are so grateful for your kind words. Your message to other clinicians says it best: this transition is possible. Congratulations on your new role. We are so proud of you!

VM, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Flexibility is at the heart of how we want to support fellows, and it means a lot to hear that LeeAnn was able to jump in when interviews came up, even if that meant stepping outside the usual sequence. Every job search looks different, and the goal is to personalize your support. LeeAnn will be so happy to read this. Preparing for tough interviews takes real work on both sides, and it sounds like you put in that effort together. Congratulations on the new role! We also appreciate your suggestion about strengthening internal networking within the program. Connection between fellows is valuable, and your feedback helps shape how we grow. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter.
