Very simple way of learning and testing. User friendly and, in a way, an entertaining way to learn.

On 4/22/21, I had the pleasure to speak with an agent named Cheri and she was very detailed oriented and very patient during the entire course of the call. I was initially very frustrated when I first called in for assistance. However, Cheri took the time out to listen to my questions and she addressed each individual concern with a sense of caring as she walked me through each step of the process. In addition to this, she also sent me a copy of the instructions for running the reports via email. This rep deserves to be recognized for her world class professional customer service that she provided to me.

This class was exactly what I needed. I needed it to return to work as a HHA after being out of work for a year. It was good, I finished it fairly quickly, and the best part is that I was able to print out my certificate right away. Thanks!
