Bought the M&D MW08 in Toronto for music while running. Sound was good, although the features were somewhat limited & app was minimal. Customer service is brutal. The company has lost its way from a marketing POV. They want money up front for replacements parts which they suggested would be available at the end of Oct/22. Beginning of January still nothing. Their perfunctory email responses seem to come from a junior at the company. Difficult to get access to senior people. With competition being what it is, there is no reason to buy Master & Dynamic. Keep looking is my advice.

Dear Peter Bartrem, I sincerely apologize for the disappointing customer service experience with your MW08 purchase, particularly regarding replacement parts availability and communication. The experiences you described are not representative of the service standards we aim to provide. Thank you for your candid feedback about both our products and service, which helps us identify important areas for improvement. Sincerely, Nicole Head of Customer Experience
