Having dealt with this company for over three years I can honestly say they've not only become more expedient with their delivery but also more friendly and helpful! Scott actually called me from home once, when the store was closed. He took my order and placed it himself the next day. His explanation was that he didn't want me to have to wait. Price is high but service is excellent

I ordered direct from your company and paid a higher because I thought the product would be shipped in "Cold Pack". It was not and I will not use your product again. There are cheaper products available that are just as good as yours.

Sarah is an exceptional employee. Every time I have placed an order or asked questions regarding your products, she is informative & delightful. As my son battles the pesky Lyme Disease, she has calmed my anxiety with her knowledge, competence and her kind demeanor with her soothing voice. When I phoned her a few weeks ago with a complicated question regarding timing, dosing, of your probiotics with his antibiotics, she researched the correct answer & replied back to me with the answer within a short period of time.
