I have been using Theralac for 5 years and have had only mild symptoms of the flu and its' duration was about 3 days. I started using it when I found out I had cancer. There were no side effects from the treatments, not sure if it was the Theralac that helped, but it sure didn't hurt. My daughter and her family also use it but not consistently so their results differ. I highly recommend using it everyday. It also helped with my digestion and heartburn.

That simple things is everything we do really need in our days anyway for whatever reason there. I am just hoping it will workout for anything being done there with everything. Let's assume it's all doable for you with your health state, cause not always it's all possible.
