My product I ordered is a little unusual because it came from England and unfortunately, when it arrived, package labeled correctly but item was wrong. Waited for a long time for item, so a little disappointed. However, when I called, they apologized and quickly got the replacement.

What impressed me the most is that my grill developed an issue a couple weeks after I bought it. One of the seals was starting to come lose. My wife phoned the service team at BBQ country. They asked for some photos and then they took care of it. They kept us informed about ETA's and sent a couple of people to our house to fix the problem. Many small positive things have turned me into a loyal customer

I would have no hesitation in recommending The BBQ store. Great staff, super helpful and were able to get my parts from US in only matter of days. I wish all stores had customer service like these guys.
