Do not purchase from this store
Do not purchase from this store. It took forever to ship because they kept emailing me and requesting me to purchase more items. The I received a notice that my product shipped many days later I received a notice that my product was almost here. This was the case for several more days. When I emailed the company they said my shipment was lost and they were not notified by the shipper they offered me a refund and I said yes but since then no refund and no response to my email. I do not believe they ever shipped the product to begin with. I think it’s a scam to sell you a product then try to up sell.

Hi Sheri, We’re really sorry for all the frustration with your order—it definitely didn’t go as smoothly as we hoped. Your package was initially lost but later found. When you let us know you no longer wanted it, that was completely fine. We did offer a way to process a refund through a return, but we didn’t receive any updates from you after that. If you’d still like to sort things out, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help! With Paws and Smiles, Marlene's Pet Shop Team 🐱
