The product we ordered was exactly what we were looking for. Our cat loves it. As for customer service, excellent. We had an issue with the shipment of our order and they fixed it ASAP!

Both my cats totally NOT interested in these. Bought 2 one for each they sit tried everything to get them interested in them. Grandkids play with them more then the cats 🐈 🐈⬛️ Bought them I believe at the end of 2024 they look Brand New

The ordering was easy. Customer service is fabulous and the product that I did receive is awesome. My little fur baby loves it. She rubs against it. She plays with the balls awesome product. I would go back and purchase other things as well.

Oh my goodness! This is the best cat toy ever! My kitten was only interested in the wand no other toy. When i got my kitty Kurtz scratch tunnel it was game over for the wand. He loves bitting on it, jumping in the middle and getting tangled up in it, and he loves that I can flip it to where the ball is inside and he can paw at it to flip it where the ball is on the outside. I just ordered 2 more. It’s made out of card board so it’ll Eventually wear out, so I want to have back up for when this happens. It took about 1.5 weeks to arrive so while i was waiting I ordered the knock off version from Amazon, my cat does not enjoy it as much, he actually just ignores it. I think the material is different or something from the kitty kurlz or something. I don’t know what it is but he just didn’t play with it. I recommend this brand!!
