I gave them a perfect rating because everything was easy. From ordering to delivery. My kitten absolutely loves his Kitty Kurlz. My only regret was not ordering another set so I can make it even bigger when he gets older.

My experience with Marlene’s Pet Shop was really positive. They drew me in with their marketing and with the ingenuity of their products. My cat loves the toys we’ve gotten from them, and I really just have no complaints. When quality of the product meets or exceeds the cost, it gets a thumbs up from me!

My Ragdoll, Arashi loves — absolutely loves the Kitty Kurlz!! And we recently purchased a window hammock as well, which has become his favorite place to birdwatch or take a sunny nap! The absolute best products!!

They arrived very quickly and were exactly as expected! I linked two together to make one larger one. My older cats weren’t very interested, but the new foster kittens love it!!

The toy itself? A hit. Bento has been absolutely obsessed with it and goes back to it again and again — so on the product itself, I have zero complaints. The experience getting here, though, is worth noting. Shipping took a couple of weeks, which felt longer than expected. And in the meantime, my inbox got flooded with emails urging me to add to my order. One or two follow-ups is fine — six or seven starts to feel like a lot. By the time the toy arrived, I was a little worn out by the whole process. Happy customer in the end, but I'd love to see the shipping and email experience catch up to the quality of the product.
