I'm very grateful for the help I received by Harry. There were multiple issues on my end that took time, and he made sure that I got the right and best help to fix the issue, which I greatly appreciate. Some technical support people will tell me they can't help me and send in a request, but Harry always stays on the line and gets the help immediately. Can't say how grateful I am for that!

Wondering if anyone else has used this company? We purchased their system for our self-serve farmstand and have had a lot of issues. We are 3 months in and they are not yet resolved. Would love to hear if anyone else has had good or bad experiences with Markt POS.
