The service here was great the rep named Tony made everything make so much sense. Having vacations I’m not using rented out was actually the best idea I had last year. I received my payment and I’ve been happy with my benefits ever since !

Fake company... Cold call, not a real booking company. Website: "Marketplace Bookings" (marketplacebookings.com) is a real registered corporate entity that claims to connect timeshare owners with corporate renters, but consumer protection forums and owner communities widely flag it as a highly suspicious operation tied to upfront-fee timeshare solicitation.Company Overview & Red Flag the Pitch: They cold-call or target timeshare owners, claiming they have corporate clients ready to rent unused resort weeks. The Catch: Like many questionable timeshare secondary-market services, they typically ask for upfront fees, activation costs, or administrative charges before any actual rental occurs.Community Consensus: Timeshare consumer groups and forums warn that paying upfront fees to list or "activate" a timeshare rental is a primary indicator of a scam or predatory marketing. Legitimate brokers and rental channels rarely charge major upfront fees prior to delivering an actual, binding rental contract. - Google
