MarketleapReviews of marketleap.ai

I've been working with Marketleap so far for around 6 months. It's been a very positive experience for us on many levels: We ended up partnering with Marketleap due to the increase in complexity and logistics selling on Amazon EU and UK. We've sold on Amazon in the EU for almost a decade, but over that time, overregulation in the EU, VAT filing in each country separately and at different intervals (plus costs associated with that), managing advertising/PPC in different markets, product pages in different languages, Brexit and its impact on PAN EU, and dealing with import/export paperwork has truly made selling over there a headache that I was tired of managing. It sucked my bandwidth and wasn't really worth my time. In comes Marketleap which has essentially taken that headache over for me. They manage it ALL. My only job now is to ship inventory over there based on what they ask for. Its a complete 180 change to what it was before. Their website is super useful as you can track your sales, invoices, payouts, shipments, etc. Plus has a built in AI which analyzes the market and trends for each product in each country. The complexity of running it ourselves had caused us to not devote enough time to grow over there and we were slowly dying. When Marketleap teamed up with us, we were barely moving any product anymore. In the last 6 months, we've seen month over month growth often in the double digits. We are now ranking again in markets we had lost a ton of marketshare. So far things are looking bright and momentum is on our side, and tons of room to get a bigger piece of the market over there and expand our brand further. I love that they want to grow with us. I think they've invested more into growing our brand than they've taken so far, but thats because they see the bigger picture and are willing to put in the work. I'm so grateful to have found these guys. Special shout out to our account rep Diego who's been fantastic to work with.

MarketLeap is a very dedicated and flexible team. Although still a small company, they go the extra mile and are quick to adapt to sellers' needs. Managing multiple marketplaces can be overwhelming, but MarketLeap takes a lot of that headache off your plate. I believe in the long-term advantages of working with them and look forward to seeing the continued progress.

We have been working with Marketleap for a few years now and we have consistently been able to grow our sales in the EU with their help.

We’ve been working with Marketleap for over a year and really value the collaboration. Sarra, in particular, has been a fantastic partner – always proactive, clear in her communication, and quick to respond. The team overall is reliable and brings a great understanding of the Amazon space.

We've been working with Marketleap for several years now and have consistently had a very positive experience. Our main contacts have always been fair, reliable, and professional. The collaboration feels like a true partnership — we work together on eye level, which is something we deeply value in a business relationship. Marketleap orders a few pallets from us each month, and the process is always smooth and straightforward. One of the things I especially appreciate is that their team includes former Amazon employees. Their deep understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) on Amazon has been a huge advantage for us. They offer real insight and practical advice that’s grounded in experience. If you're looking for a competent and trustworthy partner in e-commerce, I can highly recommend Marketleap.

We haven been working with MarketLeap for over a year now, we opened our USA market with them with very good results, and now expanding it to the Uk. The team is supporting and perform great!

We’ve been working with MarketLeap for over three months now, and it’s been a truly positive experience. Their team is not only highly competent but also clearly experts in their respective fields. The PPC team delivered a noticeable increase in conversions in a short time, while the logistics team streamlined and optimized our complex logistics workflow. We especially enjoy the friendly, well-coordinated atmosphere at their Luxembourg office—it's a pleasure to collaborate with such a dedicated group. MarketLeap's team is well-educated, experienced, and genuinely supportive. They’ve helped reduce costs, increase sales, and consistently respond to our needs with flexibility and care. For us, it’s not just about growing sales—it’s about growing with the right partners. Working with MarketLeap feels like joyful expansion, supported by a truly valuable team.

Since I started working with Marketleap, everything has changed for the better. They are true professionals: organized, reliable, and always ahead of the curve. They take care of everything – from strategy to execution – allowing me to focus on what I love while they handle the rest. My business now practically runs itself thanks to their support. I highly recommend Marketleap to anyone looking to grow their business seriously. I would choose them again without hesitation!
