I am a brand new host who decided to jump into this with no research. Jason has been informative, extremely patient and key to my success thus far. He has guided me every step of the way and his input on my listing took it to the next level.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ My experience was mixed. The positive is that he did help increase occupancy and fill the calendar. If your only goal is getting bookings, he can accomplish that. The downside was the pricing strategy. In my experience, many reservations were booked at rates that were far below what I believe the market would support. While I understand that a few listings with fewer reviews may require more aggressive pricing, the same approach was used across most of my portfolio. The result was an ADR that I felt was much lower than it should have been. After ending the service and restructuring my pricing, we've seen a significant improvement in our rates. Another concern is the fee structure. The advertised 10% management fee sounds reasonable at first, but it's calculated on the entire reservation amount, including cleaning fees, additional guest fees, and even replacement or damage charges. I raised this concern, but there was no willingness to adjust or discuss a different approach. Finally, communication and customer service were challenging. I often felt the relationship was very much "his way or the highway," rather than a collaborative partnership where concerns were openly discussed. Overall, if your priority is simply filling your calendar regardless of rate, this service may work for you. If you're focused on maximizing both occupancy and revenue over the long term, I believe there are better options. 2.5 to Three stars is a fair reflection of my overall experience.

Jason had been a real difference maker for our listing!! We did OK, before we hired him. After... it was very obvious that we were leaving money on the table every month!! He monitors trends and pricing and has just made a huge difference for us!! If you are even just in the fence about hiring him, think about this, he doesn't make money unless YOU DO!! I interviewed a couple of other str managers, and some wanted a couple grand up front with no real guarantee that they would produce better results for you. Jason doesn't do that. He has a great business model that makes you confident you can trust him. Hopefully with the success Jason has helped us achieve, we'll have another property for him to manage soon!!

I’ve worked with Jason in the short-term rental space and his strength in market analysis really stands out. He has a sharp understanding of pricing, demand, and positioning, which brings real value in competitive markets. He also has a unique ability to maximize perceived value. Give him a small cabin, and he’ll find a way to position it like a castle. Driven, strategic, and results-oriented, Jason is a strong asset when it comes to revenue management and property positioning. A pleasure to work with him!

This company has made sure our condo in mexico is always rented, even in low season. Would recommend

I couldn’t be happier with Marketics and Jason! From day one, he’s been incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. He truly understands what it takes to run a successful Airbnb - everything from optimizing listings to handling guest communication seamlessly. What really stands out is how proactive Jason is. I never have to chase updates or worry about issues. My property has seen improved bookings, better guest commissions, and overall experience. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and results-driven property management company, I highly recommend Marketics and Jason. Absolutely five stars!

Jason has been managing my Airbnb in Tulum-Mexico for the last 3 years. What I like about Jason is that he treats my Airbnb and myself very personally. I can always count on him for any concern, advice, doubt. He doesn’t treat my business and myself as a number, he treats me with empathy . Really positioning himself in my place looking for my best interest. Jason is not just an advisor, he is a partner.

Jason has managed my airbnb since the beginning 5 years ago. He is personable, prompt, smart and full of passion. He has not only made my airbnb a breeze but his guidance and efforts built it into a superhost level and it has remained there. Most importantly to me is that Jason values relationships and that has made me feel supported even during the times that have brought unexpected challenges.
