I am a Senior Marketing Strategist/Creative Design Lead at WVU Medicine Camden Clark Medical Center. We have a small team and our relationship with MarketerHire has been an excellent experience so far. Our account rep checks in with us regularly and the designer they paired us with is amazing. Our MarketerHire designer is responsive, talented, dependable, consistent and professional. I am very happy with the customer service and the work we receive from MarketerHire.

We worked with Joann as a email automation specialist for three months, and they made a good progress on our email automation strategy. Their expertise in setting up workflows, segmentation, and optimization helped improve our engagement and efficiency. They were detail-oriented, proactive in troubleshooting, and always delivered high-quality work.

I've been a freelancer for 4 years with Marketerhire and overall, I've had a really good experience. The clients they've sent me have been high quality, the work has been within my skillset and the pay has been fair. All in all, I've been pleased with my time there. There are a couple of areas that I would like to see improved. First, having a bit more transparency around why a deal wasn't landed or why I didn't get the job would be helpful, as would transparency about why I am or am not selected for a potential gig. Second, I'd love different ways to showcase my value outside of just the work experience app that they have. I know they are building an app to be a lot more robust for the freelancers and it's come a long way in four years, but there is still some work to be done there. But, as for me, my experience has been very positive.
