Good process, easy

After a cash flow problem and needing a loan Manriner Finance approved my application in under an hour.Would highly recommend.

I am so happy to have found this place. I recently secured funds from Mariner Finance in Germantown. Sylvia went above and beyond from the moment I began working with her. I was working on an tight deadline and was able to receive funds within 24 hours. It would have been sooner but my former lender was non-responsive in providing financial information that Mariner required to complete my contract. They treat each customer as a person and not a number. I look forward to their company expanding because with customer service like theirs the company can only grow from here.

From the first time I contacted Mariner Finance at the Gladstone Missouri location, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. Specifically, I spoke with Ashley who was very down to earth and so friendly and easy to talk to. She provided me with valuable information for my upcoming trip to Mount Rushmore and was simply hilarious. P.S. Shout out also to Christian who along with Ashley was able to get me approved for more than what I had originally requested. Very pleased, Dan S.

Charlie was very polite and really cared about my son and I qualifying for our loan. You're the BEST !!!

My experience in this office was awesome they were very professional they listen to my needs and I was approved on my loan and they review the benefits that I could take with this loan and I thought they would benefit me and I signed up for them.

I closed loan last week in Tuscaloosa Al. There was 2 really bad issues I experienced. One was the Auto Loan insurance. I put my vehicle as collateral. I have full coverage which they knew with State Farm. Before we started to close the loan I told them I had Full coverage and did not need that coverage. It was already on my closing papers so they had to redo my paper work to remove that Charge. The Second issue was Property Insurance.... while waiting in the room to close I was given a piece of paper which I was asked to write down all my electronics Tv etc ..so I was honest and put down everything I owned. Then the paper was taken from me and the closing person came in and started the closing. Not one time was I ever told why I needed to put on paper what I owned in electronics. This was done on a monitor and you clicked with a pen. Never was I told that the items I put down was going to be insured!! When I got home and read over my contract, there it was,,,,295.00 charge for insurance on My already insured items I own!!! I called the office and asked what was that charge for and I told them I was not told about that finance charge.. I fell this was undisclosed charge. At 35 percent interest over 42 months is alot consider I did not need it. I have full coverage on my Home which I have a mortgage with Wells Fargo. I have wonder how many people like myself has this been done to. Besides these 2 issues the big on was I was told I could get the loan for 26 percentage rate. I had a offer check that was sent in the mail and when I called about needing more than 2500.00 at 35 percent I was told I could get approved for the 26 percentage. They are very nice at that branch and sure they are trained as to what not to disclose. Never was I told why I did not get the low interest rate.
