We are sorry to hear about your experience, Alexcis! This is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can make this right for you.
The pulleys fit, look great and the price was fair. Getting pulleys for a 1967 Oldsmobile 88 big block was not easy. Tech support was knowledgeable and walked me through the process. Good job!

Hello Roger, Thank you for the 5 star review. Please let us know if there is anything you need.
The directions should be clearer. It would be nice if you make a YouTube video.

Thanks for the feedback! We appreciate it and will definitely take a look at improving the instructions. A YouTube install video is a great suggestion as well.
I ordered a serpentine kit and brackets. The alternator bracket didnt fit and the ps bracket was wrong. I sent them an email wanting to know what the next step was. Not looking for a refund, but a solution. Never got a single response. Update- I sent the original inquiry to an email address that didn't exist. Casey, from March, contacted me almost immediately. He went out of his way to solve the issue I was having.

Unfortunately, the hood hinges I ordered did not fit properly, and I requested a refund. March handled the matter professionally, although they had some glitches to work out on their new system in order to get my refund.

The customer service was outstanding. Very supportive and professional. They found a way to support my project while we were waiting on back-ordered parts. Just a great team to work with. Thank you all.
