I wish I had seen the reviews. WARNING, EVERYONE: do not buy from them. Horrible!!! They never answer emails or phone calls; look how long it's been taking me to get a response for their mistake! They made a mistake on the anniversary date on the wine bottle and wanted me to pay for another bottle. Dear Leah, I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the handling of my issue. On August 27, you acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and agreed to resolve it per the instructions I provided. You assured me that the replacement would be sent out immediately. However, today (10/6/26), you are going back on your word and requesting that I pay for another bottle is $25 + shipping I expect the agreed-upon solution to be honored without additional charges.

Great quality!

Horrible customer service I purchased two items 30 days later, no response no information. I did get an email response stating they would provide a refund and now I do not see the refund in my bank account. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Picture of my recent purchase with receipt - this was a graduation gift gone WRONG! They got the person’s name correct but put the wrong university on the bottle. It was nicely packaged so no one opened it until the graduation celebration. What an embarrassment to provide a graduation gift and it reflects the incorrect University. I understand things happen, people make mistakes, but it would take 5 seconds to validate the receipt against the bottle (both in picture) to initiate some basic quality control. I have ordered from this company 3 times and they failed twice! The first time I ordered a bottle engraved to give to my then fiancé for our wedding engagement. It had a date on it and I paid for expedited shipping via FedEx. The bottle was supposed to arrive on Dec 20th, I proposed on Dec 24th, but the bottle didn’t arrive until Dec 28th. The bottle was worthless to me at that point and created a significant frustration. I don’t know who controls things in this company but I am extremely disappointed!! 😡

If I could give them a zero I would. There was nothing in the box. No wine..no gift card. Terrible customer service. Won't do anything to remedy the problem. Reporting them to the BBB. Took my money and I got nothing in return

Have to agree with reviews posted..although they didn't post my very negative review. Go elsewhere. Horrible communication. Wine not received on time..thus missing the celebration. Haven't tested it yet.afraid it might be tainted. Insufficient refund. Waited from May to July for delivery.

It’s been 17 days since I ordered. No tracking provided so hasn’t even shipped out. They don’t answer phone or emails. Buyer beware!!!

Horrible. Packages have to be signed for. So was told package was arriving on Oct 29. Never arrived. Was then told package was delayed and would arrive Oct 30 between 1020 to 220. Never arrived. Had someone at the house both days to make sure to sign for it. Requested refund. Not sure how they expect someone to sit at home all day waiting for packages. Not to mention the package not showing up at the assigned times. Never again will i buy from Manos. Have to assume its another foreign company that uses addresses in the US. The only time this happens is with those type of businesses.
