Purchased my husband’s wedding band from them about 3 years ago and, just recently, he had an issue with the inside of the ring separating from the metal. We reached out to them and explained the situation, that I did not have the order number to submit a warranty claim. The said it wasn’t a problem and just asked that I send a picture of the ring. I emailed the picture over and within an hour I received a confirmation email stating a replacement ring was shipped. We couldn’t believe it, they made the process so easy!! Great products and amazing customer service!!!

Very low quality, light and cheap. Not even remotely worth the price

This has been a horrible experience. I placed my order on December 2nd 2024, and still have not received it. In fact on the shop app it still says “preparing shipment”. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times inquiring the status of my order and told it would take more time. I then was added to an email chain of over 50 other customers complaining about the same thing. We all placed orders and haven’t received an update on the status let alone received shipping confirmation. They did however remember to charge me 133.85. I have not heard back from them since December.

Months in to an order, these folks have not delivered products ordered nor issued a refund. They blame shippers. Banks and everyone bit themselves. Numerous emails followed up with polite excuses with no results.

Love the ring, communication was okay, big issue is the misleading claims. After talking to the staff at Manly Bands I was informed "we dont actually have a certificate of authenticity with this ring. IT does only come with the military heritage rings and Dino rings." Buyer beware. FAQ says 11 months ago there would be one sent out soon, turns out that isn't in the cards.

I bought my husband the Triceratops ring and it is beautiful. It is Black Zirconium which is super light weight. Perfect for him since he is a roofer. I am very pleased.

Overall, my ordering process was not handled with care, which resulted in my ring coming more a week AFTER my wedding . I placed my order through Klarna, the third party processor on Jan 22 and received a confirmation email with my order number, so I thought everything was fine. After days of no notice regarding shipping timelines, I reached out to Manly Bands on Jan 31 to inquire about when my order would ship since my wedding was nearing on Feb 15. I was told my order can take 4-6 weeks to process due to the free engraving add-on, so I requested to expedite this, but was given no solution. On Feb 4, I reached out again and began emailing with Holli who informed me that Manly Bands did not receive my payment the entire time! How was I supposed to know my order was on pause? I expressed how I wasn't made aware of this sooner to get it resolved. Time was cutting it even closer and I stressed that I would be getting married the following weekend and needed the ring before that. I asked Holli how can Manly Bands ensure I receive my band on time, but this was dismissed. She ended up sending me a new invoice so I could pay this, and this placed my order (foreal this time smh). As you can imagine, the lack of quality control dragged the timeline out even further. That week passed, and the next week passed with no ring resulting in me not having a band to present my husband for our wedding day. I had to use someone else's instead. Manly Bands dropped the ball at a few points including: 1) Not having a quality control system that notified me they didn't receive payment sooner. This resulted in my order floating around and me having to reach out to see what the hold up is. 2) The original rep on Jan 31 not catching that payment wasn't received and brushing it off as extended timelines due to engraving, which was incorrect. 3) Lack of urgency and apologetics on Manly Bands and Holli's part after I wrote back in on Feb 4 to inquire further about to hold up, where I found out no payment was received. Manly Bands could have expedited me the ring: 1-day shipping, 2-day shipping, anything! But I didn't have a ring to present my fiance when I originally ordered on Jan 22. I requested a partial refund for the anxiety and stress this caused right before my wedding, plus the lack of urgency with my entire order, which was granted. But this should have never happened in the first place. I ordered from Manly Bands after seeing such great reviews, but my experience was so difficult. I am in the wedding industry myself and I will not be recommending this company to my brides unfortunately.

We found a really cool ring zirconium with a whiskey barrel inlay, but the ring fell apart after 1.5 months of wearing it for 8 hours at an office job. Quality is terrible and this company’s return/replacement policy is very restrictive. They gave us “an exception” to exchange with another ring because we certainly didn’t want the same ring or another with an inlay. We spent $600 on the first ring and got a replacement worth $200. I would never recommend to a friend or use this company again.
