We’re sorry the product didn’t meet your expectations. We’ve been selling it for over 40 years and have loyal customers who continue to use it successfully, though we understand not every product works the same for everyone or matches every personal preference. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the results you achieved. Thank you again for giving the product a try,as we mentioned in the other review we are happy to swap for the fibres that you prefer.

If people could see residue in your hair and it was ending up all over your bathroom that usually points to one of a few issues: • Too much product at once – If you hold the nozzle down or spray too close, it can oversaturate and create visible buildup. • Wrong distance – Most of these products work best about 6–10 inches from your hair. Any closer and it goes on wet and heavy instead of a fine mist.
