Hello Ronald. It is intersting that you have left us such a negative review when you have never ordered our product. We have no record of a customer named: Ronald Vanvalkenburg

mane thickening spray duo pack
Ordered this product, waited several days for ANY update-- only getting one after I reached out. Sent an instagram message but it wasn't answered. Emailed response finally came in. You blame the Canada Post strike-- but that has been going on for weeks, why would you still use them- Plus you say ships in "3-5" business days, false advertising! Will be warning others about this company.

We suggest you read our terms and conditions on the web site: "We endeavor to deliver your orders on time, but circumstances beyond our control (strikes, bad weather etc) may occur and in these instances we are not able to guarantee our delivery service." As the products are aerosols, we have to use the post office. Maybe you should give them a negative review as they are causing the delay, not us.

Hello. This is a review app. You need to contact us via the web site regarding any orders. The Canadian post office is on strike so all orders in Canada cannot be shipped. This is not something that we can control.

The Canadina post office is on strike, so we cannot ship any orders. This is out of our control.

Chalky Residue, doesn't work
This is the second can of hair thickening spray that seems to be defective I purchased from Mane. Instead of adding color and volume, it leaves a chalky residue on both my hair and scalp. Customer response to my concern was that it's not to be used on your skin. Well if I have thinning hair, how do you avoid the scalp? Additionally, the same chalk is on my hair... looks like someone sprayed flour on it. Completely worthless.

Hello - thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have many, many happy customers who find that our products work perfectly for them. The videos on the web site show how to use the product and no, it is not to be used directly on the skin. All best wishes. Mane International

It’s not as good as I hoped for
It’s not as good as I hoped for, it does seem to cover and thicken a little but not great. Plus it has a dull grey color with no shine at all. I guess I would rate it a C at best.
