Website is a joke; broken links, services page unusable, back button doesn't work; extra luggage cost ridiculous, airport half closed still, poor service, overpriced flights, can't use points to upgrade ... apart from that, great! Last time I'll ever fly with them.

I've not flown yet and already a nightmare. We are two disabled passengers and I'm my wife's carer. We booked LHR-DPS on Etihad website so last leg out and first leg on return with these ******s! I called to bookvand pay seats but their system was down,the lady told me she would call back tomorrow.She lied. I called again 11th Feb 2023 and a message 'if you wait more than 10 minutes all new booking fees will not be charged'.First call cut off after 19 minutes,2nd call the lady said I had to pay.I tried to explain the automated message but no joy.I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold.After 45 minutes an automated questionnaire was given and then I was cut off again!! I filled out a complaint online on the 11th Feb it is now 15th March with no resolution from them just seem to be ignoring me now.Infly next week!! I have taken photos of all e mails. Nor is who I am dealing with.

Bought 4 identical roundtrips Hong Kong -Denpasar for Dec 2022, early oct 2022, through various travel agents. Late Oct 2022, got informed that Malaysia Airlines had changed the date of inbound and outbound AND selected flights forcing us to sleepover in Kuala Lumpur. Managed to reschedule 1of the tickets with one of the agents, for April 2023. Just got notification that MA had - AGAIN - changed my inbound and outbound dates, forcing - AGAIN - a sleepover in Kuala Lumpur. Abusive. Will definitely avoid this company in the future

Flight late for two hours. Didnt make connecting flight and they didnt help with hotels etc. The security check didnt work where it was supposed to so we had to go through security right before our gate. Therefore we were not allowed to bring water to our 16 hour journey.

I booked business class for 2 adults and 1 infant and the booking was done twice accidentally. I called the customer service immediately and they assured me that the duplicate booking has been cancelled and the refund has been issued. Received only a partial refund of one adult and one infant, haven’t received the refund for 1 adult. For which I contacted the customer service who asked me to wait for a month, its been more than 40 days now and when I call them they just hang up. I called more than a 100 times. Amount due to receive is 3500 AUD.

I flew with Malaysia Airlines on October 11th 2022 from Heathrow to Adelaide via Kuala Lumpur in Economy. The air crew were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. How they keep smiling on a long haul flight is beyond me. Also, when I got to the Malaysia desk at Heathrow to board my flight, the young lady at the desk told me that the ticket I had bought through Booking.com had no baggage allowance. I burst into tears thinking I might not be able to afford to pay for baggage allowance, as when I bought my ticket from Booking.com there had been no indication that I had to buy baggage allowance on top of the flight price. (This was July 2022. If you buy a ticket from Booking.com now it is clear that there is no baggage allowance in the ticket price). The young lady could not have been more helpful. She got me a price for baggage and I was able to fly. She is a credit to Malaysia Airlines. Thankyou Malaysia Airlines for giving me a great flight. Many thanks Carol Drinkwater

On the morning of 7th Feb 2023 I was told at the Malaysia Airlines counter that my return ticket from KLIA to LHR was cancelled. No reasons were given. I had to purchase another ticket or nothing. I paid MYR 2581.00 Online check in was not permissible despite several attempts. Only counter check in was allowed as stated on the website. Interestingly, the flight that my ticket was cancelled had many empty seats..My travel agent who is dealing with them for nearly 2 weeks have yet to hear from them!! I don't think I will travel with this airline again. It used to be one of the most popular airlines to M'sia but now, it is one of the most expensive and their service and inflight entertainment is nowhere near with airlines like Singapore, Qatar, Emirates.....

My wife and myself are frequent travelers on Malaysian airline.We travelled from Melbourne to Kuala lumpur twice a year. We noticed their food and beverages.are well below the standard.Food served as snack a piece of greasy chicken roll which a dog will refuse.You paid full cost not a low budget airline.You expect some kind of decent meal.Look no further about Air asia ,a low cost budget airline which put M.H to shame.Their service/food you ordered is amazing and we are looking forward to travel with them.
