MakeWebBetterReviews of makewebbetter.com

I have been using one of the MWB plugins for a few months now. The software is great and the support is exceptional. Glad I found them.

Support was fast at solving technical issues.

I had an initial user problem, but thanks to the quick support they solved my problem very quickly. Now the plugin works as expected. Thanks a lot!

It was the first time that i interacted with an online organisation that serves all your queries falling under their niche with quality and no-hassles. Working with team MakeWebBetter was an immense pleasure and reliable experience. the team is always prompt and available to help without calculating any overhead expenses for the minor issue clearances. the amazingly responsive and alertness of each member present for discussions and meeting often derived a better set of ideas than what really had. they understood each perspective and analysed every possible outcomes be it positive and/or negative and concluded the actions based upon the analysis considerations. And as I said earlier, they give priority to quality and client satisfaction above all measures. while working with them, you can certainly leave all your tensions and stress behind and just focus on the proposed offers and tasks scheduled to be accomplished in the real-time rather than accumulating predictions and observance. it was a carefree and effortless experience while working them and now I know whom to concern for my business requirements every time when I'm uncertain. Thank You MakeWebBetter for an exceptional and dedicated experience.

Purchased the Ultimate WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin for a specific project hoping it was going to do what I needed it to do. Since the MWB claims everywhere "100% money back guarantee, client-satisfaction", I figured if it doesn't do what I need it to do, I will get a refund. The plugin did not end up working for me so I asked to process a refund and was told that since what I am asking for is a customization, it will need to be performed by the MWB team at a "special rate" of 30% off and there are no refunds since it's a customization. So basically there's maybe a "1% money back guarantee" and even then you are at the mercy of the shady shady developers. Please read their refund policy first since you will not see your money back. MWB, learn from companies like WooCommerce or YITH that issue refunds no questions asked. Do not recommend this company.
