Hi, We've gone through your raised issues and sad to hear that you've rated us without the genuine reason, our team has helped you so far and still ready to help but didn't found your reply on the last email and multiple follow up, it would be great, if you get back to the conversation so that we can look into this and made it fix. MakeWebBetter clarified some fairly complicated settings for me to make the gift card experience work on a new website. The client will be thrilled that they can have gift cards used either online or in their physical store!
