Following a query ref a charge made. I contact Makemepdf, By email to raise the issue with them. While extremely, happy with the conversion of JPEG photo to a PDF file. I was concerned about the charge. With a matter minutes I received an email stating that the charge had been reimbursed. Really nice to deal with company that listens and acts so promptly. First class service and will use services again.

I ordered and paid for a pdf file adjustment with this company for 99p by Paypal. However, I found out this firm had set up a monthly subscription of £29.99 without my authorisation. The first time I knew about it was when PayPal sent the payment confirmation for £29.99. When I got in touch with Makemypdf customer services they informed me that they had now cancelled the subsription. This still left me out of pocket £29.99 for the first payment. BUYER BEWARE : Be alert when using online services like this as it's often in the small print about subscriptions.

This is a scam website they will make you think its 0.99£ for 5 days and then charge your card 29.99£ later ! When you email them you get no answer i will report them as fraud to my bank, Do not submit your card details!
