THIS IS MY COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY: "Attached herewith are screenshots from your site and your erroneous billing. Kindly reverse the R657-64 with immediate effect. It's a fraudulent deduction from my account. You advertise pdf compression as free. On accessing your site in 2026-08-26 for the "free" service, I was billed R16-44 for use of the service for 5 days. I willingly paid it. On 2026-08-27 you billed me R657-64. For what exactly? It is unacceptable. I have lodged a dispute at my bank."
