They had the part that I desperately needed and it was a perfect fit!!!

I have literally been waiting months for someone to help me with my issue. I did everything that was asked of me and then customer service ghosted me.

Great vacuum. Great suction and battery life.

The head went out - replaced right away - great support. Battery had a problem - same experience - resolved without issue. We have a central vac, a heavy duty corded vac and we use the Maircle S3 95% of the time!

Small brush broke after a month. Had a very hard time getting it replaced. Then the battery went dead and was told to contact Temu where I bought it. It’s your product you should stand behind it. I threw the piece of junk away.

Lasted six months. The model was s3. Performance excellent. Lightweight, easy to assemble, good suction. free standing BUT the brush that rolls on the floor snapped off while vacuuming. I didn’t drop it, or hit it against something. it’s the attachment that attaches to the rod. I tried to buy a replacement on MAIRCLE WEBSITE. not available. so disappointing
