Absolutely Appalled by Maha-Pharma.to
Absolutely Appalled by Maha-Pharma.to — Ignored, Disrespected, and Still Waiting for a Resolution I have never been so disappointed, frustrated, and appalled by the way a company has handled a customer’s order. I paid approximately $2,600–$3,000 through Western Union, and the amount of time, effort, and patience I have invested trying to resolve this situation has been absolutely exhausting. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability and communication I have received. Before my order was shipped, I specifically asked Maha-Pharma.to to change the recipient name to my wife’s name because our apartment lease is in her name. I gave the company plenty of time to make this change and explained why it was important. I had already experienced a previous package being returned because of a recipient-name issue, so this was not an unforeseen problem. I did everything I reasonably could to prevent it from happening again. Despite my advance warning, two packages sent to the apartment package room were returned because of the recipient-name issue. The only two small packages I successfully received were those left in the mailbox. Meanwhile, two separate tracking numbers originating from India were invalid from the very beginning, leaving me without reliable tracking information for those shipments. There were also two separate USPS letters relating to shipments that I could not receive. Maha-Pharma.to requested those letters, and I took the time to obtain and send them both. I cooperated with their requests and did my part to help resolve the situation. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing information, dealing with shipping problems, communicating with USPS, gathering documentation, and repeatedly contacting this company about an order I had already paid for. What has happened since is what I find particularly disrespectful. On October 9, the company last responded to me and once again claimed that it would reship one of the outstanding tracking numbers. This was not the first promise of its kind. This was the THIRD time I had been told that this shipment would be reshipped. Yet here I am again, still without a satisfactory resolution, and now my messages are going unanswered. Think about that: I paid thousands of dollars, gave advance notice about a shipping requirement, provided the documentation the company specifically requested, followed up repeatedly, and gave it multiple opportunities to correct the situation. In return, I have received repeated promises that have not resulted in a satisfactory outcome and, most recently, silence. To make matters even more concerning, the website showed my order as unpaid despite my having already made the payment through Western Union. I am absolutely appalled that a customer who has invested this much money, time, and effort into trying to resolve a legitimate order problem can be left without answers. The money is one issue, but the complete disregard for my time, the repeated assurances, and the lack of communication have made this experience especially infuriating. I should not have to repeatedly beg for updates on an order I have already paid for. I should not have to send the same supporting documentation and keep chasing promises that never seem to reach a conclusion. And I certainly should not have to wonder whether my concerns are simply being ignored. At this point, I no longer find repeated promises reassuring. I need actual action, verifiable shipping information, honest communication, and a concrete resolution. I have retained my payment records, correspondence, tracking information, and both USPS letters. I can document the efforts I have made to resolve this matter. As of the date of this review, my concerns remain unresolved, and I have received no response since October 9, when I was given the reshipment promise for the third time. I am posting this review because other potential customers deserve to know about my experience before deciding whether to place an order. I sincerely wish this situation had been handled differently, but I cannot recommend an experience in which payment has been made, shipments remain unresolved, repeated promises have not produced a satisfactory result, and communication has stopped. Maha-Pharma.to, I have done my part. I have paid, cooperated, provided the documents you requested, and given you more than enough opportunities to resolve this. The least I deserve is a response, accountability, and a real resolution—not another promise followed by silence.
