Renewal process was smooth

This company uses highly unprofessional and deceptive subscription methods. I was suddenly charged 298 NOK via my mobile phone bill through Strex for a subscription I never requested, wanted, or approved. While they did refund my money after a firm complaint, their practice of charging consumers without clear and explicit consent is unacceptable. Keep a very close eye on your mobile bills and stay away from this company!

I’ve been using Magzter for the last 3 years, and I absolutely love it. I can clip my favourite pieces to share, read on the go, discover something new whenever I want as the collection of magazines and newspapers is incredibly diverse. It’s a good escape from the doomscroll. Customer service at Magzter is great.
