“Making a move from California to North Carolina creates its own brand of stress, but Dan and his team made this transition experience very pleasant. Dan navigated me through all phases of the process well beyond what I would have expected from my mortgage broker. We would highly recommend Dan if you need mortgage advice as their service is exceptional. We can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done for us. Thank You again!!”

I recently had done a refinance loan and it went excellently! Thrust the process when working with Dan Mason and Greg Encarnacion these two gentlemen will guide and move your loan in the right directions. It has been a pleasure working with these two guys. Once again, thank you making sure my loan process went smoothly. Will definitely be doing business with them again! Thank you, Pat

I recently purchased a home using Magnolia Bank and they could not have been more helpful. They guided me through every step and we even closed escrow a little early. On top of that they offered a lower rate than my local bank. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
