Ordered on November 18th and still haven’t got my order. Contacted them in December and they said it was on the way. Now I have contacted them twice in the last weeks and no answer. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced.

STILL WAITING.. .I ordered this game on 12/15/2025 and as of today, 01/22/2026, I still have not received my order. Furthermore, I cannot even track my order. Worst of all, I have emailed the company 3 or 4 separate times seeking a status update on my order and I can't even get them to respond to me. Horrible customer service. I would rate them zero stars if I could. UPDATE: My order finally arrive today, 01/27/26. Haven't played it yet, so can't tell you if it's worth the wait, but at least I did receive it.

The game and quality is great. The shipping time is terrible. It’s a 6-7 week wait. Like many I thought it was a scam but after a number of emails I did get them and happy.

Placed an order for 3 sets on Jan 2. Receiving emails about delays,overwhelmed with orders, a small family business etc. Total BS. They can't fill orders yet are still advertising. Emailed customer service numerous times with no response. Tracking number receive an error message or no such number. Contacting BBB to report them. At this point,I assume my money is gone. Deserves negative Stars!

I ordered two sets of the Magnetchess "game" on Dec 8 2025 and as of Jan 21 2026 I still have not received them. I received an email saying it was shipped, but it never came. I sent two messages through their "Contact Us" link and received no reply. I replied to an email and told them I want a refund, but no reply. The link to see your order/shipping status takes you to a "this site does not exist" page. TOTAL SCAM!!

I ordered on December 6. As of January 21, my order has not arrived, and the shipping confirmation email I received contains non-working links. No response from customer service. Total scam. UPDATE: Starting in February, I received multiple emails in response to my customer service inquiries from December. It seems they have no system of tracking when an order issue is resolved because they kept asking me if my order had been delivered after I had confirmed that it had arrived 3 months after my purchase date. Starting in May, they started asking me to change the review I left here. Most recently, they offered me a refund in exchange for deleting this review and writing a positive one.

Company is a sham. Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas, received an email apologizing for delayed delivery (after Christmas). Never received as of Jan 21. All emails containing tracking links attempt to open an insecure site. STAY AWAY.
