I order a product and they promptly reached out to inform me the item would need to ship from Italy to them and from their location to me and to expect a 3 week turnaround. They reached out around 7 days later with a tracking number and had the item in hand within 10 days. Much faster than expected. Also, each time I called, I was able to speak to an actual person promptly!

Bought a cobra exhaust system and was delivered to the UK within a week. Charges were less than expected. Arrived on time and undamaged which was a worry being delivered from 1000's of miles away. Top job.
