We had a emergency need for a lock that we found at Maglocks.Com. I placed a call and we had the lock the next day like promised. When I ordered it online I ordered two on accident. They credited the second lock the next day and only shipped me what I needed. The staff was supper friendly. I would use this site again.

They replaced all missing equipment very quickly. When you have questions about how to install their products, they are very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process. Also, I was very pleased with their honesty and willingness to help. I called their office prior to placing my online order explaining exactly what I needed and they walked me through the website showing me where I could find the items. I made a mistake with my online order and they proactively called me back to help me correct the error.
