Shocking site, deposited over £150 on one game and it took my money had one win of £19.20 never had a bonus never had a feature, this has happened on quite a few games I've played on this site! I'm well out of pocket never had issues on other casi of sites,so I would avoid save your money play elsewhere!

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to review Magical Vegas. We're sorry to hear of your recent experience with our games. We license our games from 3rd party providers - we don't program the games ourselves. We have no way to control when a bonus activates, and it is all down to chance. Our games are fair and unbiased, and advanced Random Number Generators (RNG) are used to determine results, ensuring all games have a truly random outcome. In addition, our games are regularly tested and regulated by an independent authority, to always ensure fairness. We are confident that our games work as they should with no technical errors. If you do have any evidence to show any errors or malfunctions, please could you provide this for further investigation by emailing us, as we cannot discuss accounts without verifying customers. If you would like us to investigate anything for you, or if you would like to discuss this further, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and include full details of your concerns. Kind regards, Lucas – Customer Experience Team
I have won money on this site and it pays out very quickly so no waiting around for withdrawals to be pending and approved. The only thing I find is that it constantly looses connection with the internet and I spend more time logging back in than actually playing. Some games it doesn’t connect to at all so sometimes very limited to what you can play. I have never received a response from this site after posting this review.

Good game choice but most games dont work for some reason then says currently unavailable. So the game that I could play were boring. No features and hardly any wins out of 70 pound. Also when trying to get back on website google and internet explorer kept saying bad request. Not for me I'm afraid.

First off I made a deposit and then couldn’t access the site for 3hrs but overlooked that as technical faults happen. Anyway won a small amount and decided to cash out well that was Saturday it’s now Tuesday and still pending. No confirmation email or Acknowledgement whatsoever. Never had any online casino take this long before. I won’t be using them again.

Hello Julian, Thank you for writing us your feedback. Julian, as a company, we keep on improving ourselves and when it comes to the site itself, the only way is by running updates and this unfortunately involves in putting the site offline for a certain period. We are guessing this is exactly what you experienced. When it comes to banking on the site, alike other banking services, our Finance Team does not operate during the weekends, meaning that should you request for a withdrawal during the weekend, your request reaches Finance the following Monday. Should there be anything at all pertaining to your withdrawal, kindly drop us a line. We will be glad to assist you. Magical Vegas Team
