MagazineofyouReviews of magazineofyou.com

The magazines was so professional and beautifully done. My husband and I were so happy with the purchase. We’re going to get another one done with both our pictures in them. We appreciate your great work. Thank you so much.

The format was easy to use, and the engine utilized all of the information I submitted perfectly. The images were beautiful and matched my person well. The help desk responded quickly to my concerns when I had corrections, and adjusted my order to my specifications.

Thank you very. Much

The magazine was better than expected! It captured the essence of our story so good!

The photos were great and I appreciate the editing that I requested was done.

I am beyond frustrated with this experience, and honestly, angry that I paid for this. This was supposed to be a special gift, not a source of stress. During the creation process, they spelled my name wrong, and after I paid good money for a personalized product, that's inexcusable. To make it worse, the photo on the cover was blown up so large it completely covered my name, so the one thing that was supposed to make this personal wasn't even visible. I contacted support expecting them to actually fix the problem I was paying them to get right. They adjusted the photo, fine, but somehow botched my name a SECOND time — even after I spelled it out for them directly. How do you mess up the same thing twice after being told exactly how to fix it? I didn't spend my money for excuses and do-overs. I expected a quality, personalized product and instead got carelessness and wasted time. I am genuinely disappointed and frankly angry that this is what I got for my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially not for something meant to be a meaningful gift.

I got a magazine of a complete stranger and not the one I ordered. I reached out to Magazine of you and they immediately apologized and refunded my money and sent the correct magazine, overall im very happy with how things turned out and love my magazine! I would and have told my friends to order theres!

Good quality bad customer service, Because my 3 albums that were approved before print did not make it in the magazine. Thats my Only disappointment. This is what Your site sent me: We’ve made the requested changes to your Magazine of You. Here’s a summary of what was updated: • Article 8: We'll add your three album covers to page 5 so that "North of Laredo," "Outlaw Stories and Winding Roads," and "Eleven" are all featured together. • Article 8: We'll use your actual attached album cover images rather than generating new artwork, so the covers appear accurately. • Article 8: We'll redesign page 5 to support the album-cover feature while keeping the authentic outlaw-country tone of the article consistent. Please review the updated magazine and let us know if everything looks good. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AS STATED FROM Your site when i placed my order!
