I ordered three mats that were to be delivered within 14 business days. After 5 weeks and several emails I received two of the three mats. After informing Mad matter of the problem they said they had shipped the three mats but would resend the missing mat. Three weeks later I received the third mat but it was the wrong size.At this point I decided I had had enough and used the wrong size mat in a different location and purchased the correct size locally. I would not purchase from this company again.

Dear Mr. Lord, I am refunding your money since you are dissatisfied. As a master distributor, we rely on our suppliers and also the shipping companies to perform to a customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes are made and orders do not go as planned. I do not expect you to bear the financial brunt of any mistakes that are not of your making. I got this survey on 3/25. It is now 3/31 and I still don't have my mats. I think it is bad business when you ask me to rate something I do not have yet.

I am sorry that you have not received your order yet. It appears as if they shipped out yesterday and you should be receiving them shortly. We send out surveys to help us to become better. Floor mats need to be fabricated once an order is received. Normally, orders of this type of product will ship within 4-7 business days as noted on my site. You placed the order on Friday the 18th and the order shipped on the 30th which would put it at 8 business days. My apologies for the delay as our factory was actually closed on Good Friday which caused the 1 day delay. Hopefully, you will amend this review upon receipt of your order. Hope your day gets better.
Got A great Recessed Mat for a great price. Looks Beautiful. Great communication. Gary was very helpful and shipping was fast.
