Got the gift I bought today dont really…
Got the gift I bought today dont really know what happened I think it might have been the mail service an not the company had to go to post office to track my package down...anyways got it an it's beautiful she love's it....

I ordered 3 diamond bears, but 2 had no diamonds!
I ordered 3 diamond bears. One arrived in 10 days, the other 2 got stuck because of the coronavirus and I received them after 2 months. Communication was excellent with immediate responses during business hours. The order that arrived on time was as promised. The other 2 bears had no diamonds and one had roses falling off. I asked for a replacement or refund. They said it was a logistics error and would issue a partial refund , but they didn't specify the amount. I will not do business with them again.
