Fast and competent Support

I first bought a 1-day ESP for Arena Breakout, and after that I decided to buy a more advanced version for 7 days. Turns out it was updating and couldn't be used. To be fair, it did say "Updating" on the website and I missed it, so that's partly on me. But I still think it's ridiculous that they let people buy something that isn't working, especially when they have no idea when it'll be available again. While waiting, I bought another day of the cheaper ESP and ended up getting a 10-year ban. I know there's always a risk when using cheats, but it's still disappointing. The worst part was honestly the support. I asked for a refund for the 7-day product since I never even got to use it, and instead of trying to help, the support guy started being rude and literally told me to "stop playing dumb with me". They completely refused to refund my money, even though I never got to use the product. The funny thing is that they later disabled purchases for products that were updating to "prevent further trouble", but apparently it's completely my problem that I was allowed to buy one before they changed it. I understand that I should've checked the status more carefully, but that doesn't excuse the way support treated me. Definitely won't be buying from MadChad again. Terrible experience overall.
