We're sorry your session didn't go the way it should have. What you describe (loader runs, no menu in game) is almost always a config issue on the machine: an overlay, an antivirus exclusion, or a Windows setting blocking the injection. It is fixable, and it usually takes a few minutes with our team on the chat. On the day pass: we understand the frustration of a subscription running out before you got to use it. We would rather fix that than argue about it. Open the chat widget at the bottom right, give us your order number, and we'll sort out a replacement so you actually get what you paid for. We've been running since 2019 and our status page is public for a reason: if a product is down, we say so before you buy. This wasn't that.
