Very disappointed in the Snoopy pillow. The picture is NO WHERE NEAR why it actually looks like. This shows like an actual Snoopy with a hood on… Well!! It’s not! It’s a flat shaped pillow NOT the actual Snoopy! I will be sure to read all reviews before purchasing like this again! Facebook! Do better! Vet your people.

I ordered the fireman with female partner ornament. It was perfect and just how I ordered it. Customer service was great too! I'll order again!

Worst thing I ever purchased in my Life! $30 for a flat picture that cost $.25 to make. What a joke. I’ll never buy anything from them again. Done and done. I’d love to post a pic of what I got. But of course they won’t allow it.

This company is complete garbage. They use A.I. for trick photography to make items look much more detailed than they actually are. The fact that most items are customized with names makes it very difficult to return. I purchased a Godzilla mug that appeared to have a 3D texture to it. Boy, was I wrong. It was a simple screen print, nothing special. Not worth the $38 I paid after shipping. In addition, shipping took several weeks to arrive.

Said it would be delivered before Christmas and it came more than 20 days after Christmas. And getting an answer to the when and where was next to impossible as was a refund

It took forever to come. When it finally arrived, it did not meet my expectations. It is so small. You can't even read the names. They appear very blurry. It almost looks like a Shrinky dink. I was so excited for this and it was a big let down.

I was expecting to get the ornament i saw online. The ornament they picture is bigger and 3D. The ornament I got was essentially a flat piece of plastic with a sticker attached. It took a month to get and I paid $40. Not worth the money.
