I have tried endlessly to contact Macroplant about the issues and gotten bo response. I was certain I bought dupe away from them a few years ago but the site says I didn't. So I paid $19.99 for it again only for it to not work or help me in any capacity. I'm tempted to even dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point.

This company has 30-day satisfaction guarantee doesn't honor it because it respond to any email or call. I will be trying to get a refund from my credit card company.

I wanted to transfer 500+ songs from my iPod iTunes library to my new iPhone 16 Pro iOS 26.3. I loaded iExplorer on my WIN11 Dell laptop, but it would not recognize my iPod Touch 7 iOS 15.8.6. I then tried my old WIN10 Dell laptop with some success. This machine loaded iExplorer and that software recognized my iPod Touch 7. I proceeded to purchase the software. I received my registration number and started the transfer process. Within ½ hour, I had all of the songs sitting in iExplorer on the WIN10 laptop. I tested a couple and they played fine via iTunes. I proceeded to transfer the songs to my iPhone. Another ½ hour later, the iPhone reset, and I had an inkling that something was wrong. I was presented with the “Hello” message in several languages. I had no choice but to jump through the initiation hoops. When I was done, I found that ALL of my photos were gone from my iPhone. They had been replaced with the photos from my iPod. My calendar, contacts and email settings had become a mixture of corruption and old iPod settings. Some iPhone APPS had been removed. Some iPod APPS were moved to my iPhone. iTunes did show a LIST of my songs, but there was no audio file attached. Selecting any song produced an error message “unable to play”. I have submitted two requests to Macroplant but haven’t heard anything back. It’s been one week. I’m kicking myself for not researching the feedback here sooner. I’m left with 500+ songs now orphaned on a WIN10 laptop. This software is a POOR VALUE. I cannot recommend it. It is a waste of $40.

I purchased the iExplorer software from the company. It did not work as described, I immediatly requested a refund, through email, and directly on the companies website. Two weeks went by, nothing. I've contact my bank and have requested a refund on my credit card. Their 30 day money back guarantee isn't worth anything. Do not purchase anything from this comany.

If I had a choice, I would give them no star at all. I purchased the software, iExplorer about 2 to 3 years ago. Worked great until I purchased a new laptop after I wiped out everything on my old laptop. Bought this company's software iExplorer4 and had it on my old computer. When I tried to install iExplorer on my new laptop, I got a error message that the license exceeded. Have sent numerous messages to Macroplant via their support site. No response. Poorly customer service and NO NOT BUY any of their products on their website. After researching for a reliable software, I find this one, imazing.com a very good one. It has 4.9 stars based on 600+ reviews.

Buyer BEWARE!! Bought iExplorer to transfer files from my iPhone. Product did not work with my version of the IOS. I contacted support for a refund under their 100% 30 Day Satisfaction policy: Texted, Called, and emailed. No response. Buyer BEWARE!!

Bought this company's software iExplorer4 and had it on my old computer. When I bought a new computer I unstalled it and tried to install it on new computer. I got error that license sceeded. Have sent numerous message to Macroplant asking for a resolution, not a response. No phone number on tjheir website and no customer service of any kind. Stay away from this company and their products.
