A buddy of mine accidently shot a 12 Ga shotgun through the floor of my 2016 Expedition hit the catalytic converter. A new OEM FORD part replacement would be about $1,000. I really couldn't afford the OEM part but was pleasantly surprised to find that MAC Auto had a non-OEM catalytic converter for about $500. I was skeptical, but that was hard to pass up. When the part came, I noticed that the actual Catalytic Converter was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the original Ford one. Within a couple of hundred miles of installation, I started getting ODB engine code P0420. I cleared it several times, but it kept coming back every couple of hundred miles. I tried to get a refund under warranty but was told that "MY problem" was caused by an improper fuel mixture or some other problem in MY truck. My truck was running fine before the incident and no other engine codes were given other that the P0420. I eventually sprung for the OEM Ford part and am not experiencing any further problems. DO NOT BUY CATALYTIC COMVERTERS FROM MAC AUTO! Instead of saving $500, I wasted $500 and had to do the very difficult and time consuming changeout twice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAC AUTO PARTS. Don't get ripped off like I did.

I spoke to owen..let him know that the track pad I bought broke after 2 months..his answer was that he did not force me to buy it and that's it's my fault for not purchasing the extended warranty..this items are not worth it

This is a bogus vendor! Stay away! They changed the price on the item I had ordered from $45 to $60 and after two weeks I can't even get a tracking number!! ******************DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!***************

I ordered a Power Supply 250W 614-0487 for $65.65, which it still says is the price today. Two days later I received an email saying the price is now $125, even though their website STILL SAYS $65.65. Who would ever agree to that? Its $60-70 on ebay.

Placed an order and they show it processing for weeks. They don't answer e-mail - I eventually get a response from their online portal. They say they need to charge me more. Bait and switch - save time and shop elsewhere. Their advertised prices don't mean anything.

I order a motherboard from this place and bought everything to build a server based on that order, I made the order received a confirmation and that was it, never hear from them again, this place is a circus and customer service is handled by clowns. stay away. Never again.

"My MacBook LCD was broken and they provided me correct part number and fast delivery.

They told me twice that they shipped a power supply. but they didn't ship it until I canceled the sale. I bought it on September 5th and they didn't ship it until September 23rd. I received it on September 24th. they are liars. Do not use.
