Would not send the computer I had ordered to small hotel where I was staying. Made it very difficult and convoluted to purchase this item.........and ended up canceling order and taking business elsewhere. Lost a customer.

I've had a horrible experience with MacMall. I ordered one laptop and was charged for 2 laptops. When I called, they said the additional charge would be removed. They have not removed that charge. Before ordering I called them and was told I would not be charged for New York State tax. I was then charged sales tax and when I inquired about that, I was told that they have partnered with a NY company and had to charge sales tax.

Buying at McMall is very disappointing experience. They sent me the wrong item that I didn't even ordered. I called to the customer service, and then they didn't want to replace the correct item. I had to spend my time and effort to return the item. They are not being responsible for replacing the correct item.

My computer was ordered on the 20th and shipped on the 21st. It is now the 29th and I still have not received it. I have attempted to trace it on UPS, where it shows a delivery pending every day. I now call UPS and they have no location for it for the past 48 hours, but insist that I have to wait another 24 hours before filing a claim!

Order was placed12/4/17 for a Mac mini . Shipping label was created 12/15/17. The merchandise was never found. I called customer Svc on 12/6, 12/8, 12/11, 12/13, 12/15,and 12/18. I was told a callback would be given, none was, then later an e-mail was promised but not completed, etc. After 15 days and 6 calls from my end, I was refunded the purchase price. This morning I actually got a callback from the rep. I spoke to last Friday. Seems to me the service has really fallen at MacMall.

Ordered a refurbished Dell laptop and it was delivered in an unsealed box, with poor internal packaging. Unit seemed ok, but had bad Windows license and not documentation, so I could not activate Windows. Several hours on the phone bouncing between MacMall customer service, MM tech support, Dell support, refurbisher (who I later found out is owned by the same company - PCM), and back to MM customer support. Never got any resolution, so had to return the laptop. Also had to pay the return shipping, so the whole experience ended up costing me money. I don't think I will be using them again.

Customer Service was awful. Return Policy - 15% Restocking Fee for Unopened Item received a few days earlier - is ridiculous and contradicts stated policy on their website. I will never buy anything from them again.

Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away! I have never had such a terrible experience with an online store in my life. I did not receive any updates via email. I called the company for a status of my order, every time I would get the same response "it is in our warehouse and will ship when ready. The 4th time I called after 6 days I asked if they actually had it in stock and the rep chuckled and he said you are right we don't have it. I am now waiting for a refund and have lost valuable time/money as the component was crucial to one of our work stations.
