I'm very pleased with the computer I got. Exactly as described. I ordered AppleCare, but not sure I got it.

I bought from them more than 100 times I think I had a couple issues, I almost spent K50 on their website. Pros They have good prices They use FedEx, decent shipping time. CONS no coupons available

I have not received the item I requested after 2 weeks since ordering. I have not received a shipping order so I cannot track if its sent. not happy at all. I heard from Ms Labadan and she corrected the issue. I just received the replacement I Ordered. Very happy now

I really like MacMall to make my electronics purchases. The website design can be redesigned for better navigation.

Web site went weird when I tried to order. Turns out my card thought it had been stolen. Would have been nice for the website to say something other than just in a hold. Received several follow up phone calls & emails from their sales reps. Nice quick to answer.

Free shipping was fast and no problems with projector. The only comment I would make is there were no photos and very limited description of product on site. Fortunately, I received the desired projector. I'm happy with my experience with Macmall.

computer arrived. satisfied. surprised it took over a week to arrive. also did not know MacMall had become Tiger enterprises.
