I ordered the new 12.9 IPad Pro in November which at the time they said it was in stock and now it’s january and I have not received the product - I have called numerous times and they say they are getting a shipment in but still no iPad- yet I get emails from them for that same iPad on sale?? Bad customer service or false advertising!

After more than one month, part of the order is still not shipped.

I ordered two print cartridges (Color and Black Ink), and only received one (Color). Am I ever getting the second one? It shouldn’t take this long. Very disappointing.

I went to MacMall thinking that it carried products geared toward the Mac. I bought a monitor to replace an ancient Apple monitor. I was very disappointed to discover that I had only a few choices for resolution and in the manual everything was specific for Windows and the PC. If I could not see the tiny menu bar and icons on the best resolution, my only other options dropped way down to low resolution. Nothing in the manual reflected it use on a Mac and that was not what I expected buying a monitor on Mac Mall. Never again!

Have bought from Macmall many times over the years but this latest time has turned into a disaster. Shipped wrong product to me and horrible customer service.

Ordered a new standard configuration iMac Pro from Mac Mall on Black Friday. Order was confirmed by email and my credit card showed Mac Mall charged it. Received a phone call from their credit department for approval, no problem. THEN received another phone call from MM saying the item was not available (my screen shot at the time of order shows "available for immediate shipping") and they couldn't deliver the order. I shared the order was "confirmed" and he was to call me back with another offer. Never did. I called customer service later that week and they only offered that the item was no longer available . . . but it is still on their web site. I subsequently lost my Black Friday opportunity to save substantial $'s on this expensive item. Very dishonest dealings with an "approved" Apple dealer.

Bad service I was waited for return label two day already still not send to my email

Placed order, item was immediately back ordered. I called customer service, was told 3-5 weeks and was then disconnected. I called back and was going to cancel order, another rep told me 3-5 days. Also, I've opted out of all emails 10x's since placing order. Still getting emails..Never again, small discount isn't worth the service level.
