Damaged Box, My Mac mini was ok but the outside box was damaged and the packing inside wasn't great. They could have used a little more.

Placing the order was fast. Price was good. Shipping could be faster. I placed the order in the morning, but it shipped next day for shop runner 2 day. If they could ship the same afternoon I would have 5 stars. It would be one third of time savings.

Liked the price but S&H was a third of the cost

Great service good follow up. Only reason for 4 stars was because there was a credit follow up check to verify my identity, not a bad thing especially how it was handled and required me to give no credit information, but was a surprise that I didn't see covered in initial emails or communication. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.

The ordering process was easy, it was shipped in a timely fashion and arrived earlier than I expected. The only issue was with the lack of tracking information.
