I called 3 different times to try to return a product that did not work, they refused to help. Put me on hold for over 30 mins, told me they sent me a RMA email which they never did. Called again with someone purposely trying to transfer me again once they realized it was a return. Terrible company, definitely seemed shady.

Very poor customer service. Bought refurb'd laptop. Laptop lid actually had a hole eaten into it by some type of acid. Hole was large, 2-inches or more and refurbisher decided to just paste a silver sticker over it to hide it, like a kid would. Reported it to MM and used web-site and e-mail to report it, no response either way. Called Customer Service. Got a guy that sounded like "Carlton your Doorman" from "Rhoda." Sounded drugged, half-asleep, didn't really care, long silent pauses, I kept asking if he was still there. Finally he asked for the Order Number and then gave me the direct dial number for the CSR I spoke to 3 days ago and said "You need to call him.." I did and got his voice-mail, so I still have a DUD laptop, no RMA number and a fading sense that they are going to accept a return. HORRIBLE customer service - BEWARE!

Problems with using the website to order. Rude and unhelpful customer service. Found out four days after placing order that item was on backorder, which is unfortunate as I ordered item as a gift. Horrible experience start to finish. Never again- will spend more money to order directly from Apple.

Their service is just bad. I ordered something on back order and I had assumed that they will ship as soon as they are ready. But no. I saw on their site that product was available for immediate ship. Ask them a question regarding. They started to explain that their vendor is... No what? You are my vendor and stop giving excuse that my dog ate my home work. I asked for refund and after a while got okay for refund but no apology. I ordered it month ago. Never ever going to order from them again.

I received new laptop and it says that I cannot activate windows because it's already been used on a different computer. I need this resolved or I will be returning laptop

Terrible customer service. I made a mistake with the delivery address which I admit. The product was returned and received by Macmall on 1/4/19. On 1/18/19, I still dont have a refund and customer service states they will now escalate my refund and wait 5 business days. Just unacceptable.

The online store is a scam. Don’t purchase anything from this website. I ordered a iPad 2 months ago and the store charged my credit card the full amount. I have not received the iPad. Then they cancelled my order without notice. I am still waiting for the refund.
