Hi Atle, Yikes — a one-star review. A quick look at your order shows that we shipped your order the day of — and we accommodated shipping it to Norway. Additionally, tracking shows that’s it’s in transit. Rest assured that, if you, in fact, do not receive the product (international shipping takes up to 21 days, as noted at the time of purchase) we will either re-ship or refund you in full with future credit. We’re confident that your package will arrive soon and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss how we can amend this 1-star rating, as these reviews are important to our business and impact us more than you’d think. If you have any questions, please let us know. We’re available 24 hours a day. Thanks.
